REESE CUPS 
2 c. peanut butter (1 lb. jar)
2 c. (1 lb. box) confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1-2 tbsp. water
Chocolate to cover peanut butter mixture (approx. 6 blocks "chocolate bark" candy coating)

Mix peanut butter, sugar, butter and enough water to get it mixed. Mix well with hands. Spread onto cookie sheet. Melt chocolate and spread evenly on top peanut butter mixture. Let chocolate harden. Cut into pieces and store in a tight container.
