SAX'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
4 1/2 c. slices dry bread
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients (except sour cream) together. Shape into little balls, and brown slowly. Heat 1 cup sour cream and pour over meatballs.
