SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and form into bite-size balls. Brown in skillet. If mixture is too dry, add 1 egg.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat and pour over meatballs and simmer 3 or 4 hours.
