POTATO-VEGETABLE SALAD 
6-8 potatoes
2 carrots (shredded)
3 stalks celery (diced)
2 eggs (boiled and chopped)
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. mustard
2 sm. onions (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. French dressing
Parsley flakes

Peel, quarter and boil potatoes until tender. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add carrots, eggs, celery. Stir in another bowl. Mix together vinegar, mayonnaise, French dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over potato- vegetable mix. Stir. Garnish with parsley flakes.
