ANDY'S FAVORITE CHICKEN AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1/4 c. minced onion or 1 capful onion juice
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix soup with 1 can water, stir in next 4 ingredients and put in buttered 2 quart casserole on baking pan, cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (may take a bit longer until rice is done). 4 to 6 servings.
