1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts, filberts or almonds) Mix all ingredients together and let set for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Serves 6-8. |
