STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 green peppers

Brown meat with onions and drain off drippings. Stir in salt, oregano, rice, corn, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Cut off tops of peppers, remove seeds. Spoon mixture into peppers.

To freeze: Wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bake longer if still frozen before baking.
