KEY LIME PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. grated lime peel
Green food coloring (opt.)
Cool Whip for garnish
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lime juice
Graham cracker pie crust

In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside.

In a small bowl, beat egg yolks. Mix in Eagle Brand milk. Gradually add lime peel and juice. Stir to combine well. Fold mixture into egg whites; add food coloring. Pour into crust and freeze for 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
