CABBAGE AND TOMATOES 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 sm. pkg. spare ribs or pork neck bones
16 oz. can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook cabbage and meat or bones together for 1 hour on low to medium flame. Remove any meat from bones and put back in pot. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Continue cooking another 30 minutes, covered.
