Melt 7 tablespoons butter in cast iron frying pan. Stir 1 cup brown sugar into butter until well mixed in frying pan. Put your pineapple's on top of sugar mixture. Don't forget your cherry's go upside down in center of pineapple. Pour in cake batter. Cook in cast iron frying pan in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
