CHOCOLATE WALNUT PUFF 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Melt chocolate over warm water; set aside. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in melted chocolate and walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from sheet and cool.
