CHOCOLATE CHIP PUFFS 
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
A pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar, salt and beat until peaks. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff. Fold in vanilla and chips. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
