ITALIAN BEEF 
5 lbs. chuck or blade roast
2 lg. sliced onions
1 jar pepperoncini peppers
1 can beef broth
1 can beer

Place meat in large roaster. Season with garlic powder and oregano. Top with sliced onion, peppers with juice, broth, and beer. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Remove meat and shred. Remove stems from peppers; return meat and peppers to juices and serve.
