3 (12 oz.) pkgs. shredded hash browns, thawed 3 cans cream of potato soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sour cream 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Combine potato soup, cheese, sour cream and mix well. Fold in hash browns. Do not beat. Place in 13" dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
