LEMON - MINT TEA | |
1 c. boiling water 1 peppermint tea bag 1 (3") stick cinnamon 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice Fresh mint sprig Pour boiling water over tea bag and cinnamon stick; cover and let steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag and cinnamon stick. Add sugar and lemon juice, stirring until sugar dissolves. Serve hot or over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Yield: 1 cup (about 60 calories per 1 cup serving). Protein 0.1; Fat 0.1; Carbohydrate 16.6; Cholesterol 1; Iron 0.9; Sodium 1; Calcium 29. |
