OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped popcorn
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white or brown syrup
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt, butter flavoring and burnt sugar flavoring in saucepan. Boil at full boil for 5 minutes. Remove from burner and stir in soda. Pour over popcorn and stir. Spread on cookie sheet and put in 250 degree oven. Bake for 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times.
