PARMESAN FISH | |
2 lb. fillet of fish 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 6 drops Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. chopped parsley Cut fish into serving pieces. Remove skin and place in well buttered baking dish. Combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion, salt and Tabasco sauce. Spread this mixture on top of fillets. Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
