LEMON FLUFF 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
1 can evaporated milk, well chilled

Mix together all except milk; chill until just set.

Whip evaporated milk to peaks and combine with Jello mixture. Beat slightly to be sure it is well mixed.

Crush 1 package of Lorna-doone cookies. Press crumbs into 9 x 13 baking dish (reserve some crumbs to sprinkle on top).

Add pudding mixture and sprinkle reserved crumbs overtop. CHILL.
