JOE'S INDIAN FRY BREAD 
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
Enough warm water to make dough

Knead until very soft. Let sit covered in a warm place, about 1/2 to 1 hour. Divide into balls the size of small apples. Flatten into the shape of a tortilla. Drop in hot grease and fry both sides until golden and bubbly. Top with powdered sugar or taco fixings.
