BAKED PLUM PUDDING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. each raisins, currants & pecans
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat until light. Sprinkle raisins, currants and pecans lightly with flour and add to the butter mixture. Combine bread crumbs, cinnamon, cloves and allspice and add to the butter mixture. Bake in a greased pan or baking dish for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Serve with hard sauce, lemon sauce or plum pudding sauce.
