BANANA FREEZE 
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
5 oranges
2 lemons
5 bananas
1 qt. apricot or pineapple juice
Lemon-lime carbonated beverage

Boil sugar and water 3 to 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Cool.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons. Mash the bananas. Combine the orange and lemon juices, mashed bananas and apricot or pineapple juice. Add to sugar and water mixture and freeze.

When ready to serve, chop and spoon into sherbet dishes or punch cups and pour lemon-lime carbonated beverage over it.
