OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
4-6 chicken breasts
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika. Dip chicken into evaporated milk, then coat with cheese mixture. Place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Drizzle with butter. Bake until done, about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
