FISH & VEGGIE MELT 
6 slices of American cheese
6 pieces of haddock fish
1 sm. bag green peas
1 sm. broccoli
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Wash and season fish with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Lay fish in pan then spread broccoli and peas over. Spread bread crumbs on top. Butter and top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
