QUICK CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream, room temperature
1 can fruit pie filling, your choice

Mix first 3 ingredients in pie plate and pat firmly. Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip and blend again until smooth. Spread over crust and top with pie filling. Chill and serve.
