BLT CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. commercial barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 c. shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and chill. Combine lettuce, tomatoes and chicken; toss to mix.

Just before serving, place salad on individual salad plates. Spoon dressing over salad and sprinkle with bacon. Garnish with egg slices.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
