COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. bulk hot sausage 1 slice white bread, crumbled 1 egg 2 tsp. curry powder 2 tsp. chili powder 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1. Mix together the sausage, white bread, egg, curry and chili powders. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls and brown in a fry pan for about 5 minutes. 3. Drain fat and return meatballs to pan. Add tomato and Worcestershire sauces. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Makes about 30 cocktail-size meatballs. |
