TACO PIE 
3 med. avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans Frito bean dip

Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. Add to avocado mix. Spread bean dip in pie pan like crust. Fill with avocado mixture. Garnish with chopped black olives, tomatoes, scallions, and shredded cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
