GLAZED CHEESECAKE PUFFS | |
16 oz. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 24 vanilla wafers 22 oz. can cherry pie filling Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Line muffin tin with paper liner and put 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes and cool. Cover with pie filling. Chilled. Yield: 24. |
