TACO MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix the first five ingredients. Shape into meatballs and brown. Mix the next two ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour cheese soup on bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 12. Can cut in half.
