HASHBROWN POTATO HOT DISH | |
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, defrosted 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt Onion to taste 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
