SALMON & CORN FRITTERS 
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted Crisco
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. canned salmon
1 c. drained canned corn
Crisco for frying

Beat eggs, add milk and Crisco. Sift dry ingredients, blend thoroughly with egg mixture. Add salmon and corn. Blend. Drop by tablespoons into hot Crisco. Fry until golden brown. Drain. Serve with white sauce to which peas have been added.
