TERIYAKI STEAK 
Beef steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
2-4 tbsp. wine (opt.)

Cut steak thin. Soak meat in sauce for an hour or more. Drain, broil 5 to 10 minutes or until done, or cook in frying pan in oil. Small cubes of meat such as roast or round teak can be marinated and broiled on the grill as shish kabobs (optional, add pineapple chunks).
