HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
4 oz. noodles
3/4 c. sliced onion
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. flour
Dash of pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. mushrooms, bits & pieces with liquid

Cook noodles and drain. Combine onion and hamburger in a saucepan or skillet. Heat until onions are tender and meat is brown. Remove from heat and drain off fat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and buttermilk. Mix well. Fold in the noodles and place in a casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with onion rings.
