STEAK KABOBS | |
1 c. Italian dressing 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak 3 onions 2 green peppers 16 mushroom caps 1/4 c. water In a small saucepan, combine water, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Cut peppers and onions in 1-inch slices. Marinate ingredients for 2 hours. Put on skewers alternating ingredients. Cook over hot coals, brushing leftover marinade onto kabobs. Serve plain or over rice. |
