STEAK KABOBS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil (or any oil)
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Mix marinade.

1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 lg. green pepper cut into 1 inch squares
1/2 pineapple or 1 can sliced cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. mushroom cups

Pour marinade over steak in a shallow glass dish. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

One package kabob sticks. Arrange them on a stick.
