STICKY PINE GUM SALVE 
Mutton tallow (size of an egg)
1 pt. pine gum (sticky white)
1 tbsp. castor oil
Bee's wax (size of lg. marble)
1 tsp. Vaseline

Melt all together. I melt all the ingredients in an old coffee can that can be thrown away. I place the can in a large pot of water and boil down that way to cut down on chance of fire. After all ingredients are melted, strain through several layers of cheese cloth into dry, sterilized jars. Baby food jars work well.
