JELLO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Drain fruit and save syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup. Combine gelatin and boiling water. Beat on low speed with electric mixer for 1 minute. Add measured liquid, cream cheese, and Miracle Whip at high speed for 15 seconds until blended. Chill until slightly thickened, and then fold in fruit. Refrigerate until firm, approximately 2 hours.
