1 box white cake mix
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
3 tbsp. cake flour
Red food coloring
4 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water or berry juice
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Beat eggs. Add shortening and water or juice, then add cake mix, Jello and cake flour. Last add strawberries and a few drops of red food coloring. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake in 3 cake pans.
