CAKE MIX CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 regular sized yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. yeast
4 1/2 c. flour

Sift cake mix and flour. Mix into dissolved yeast and mix well. Let rise. Can be used to make cinnamon rolls (or knots, as I make). Stir down, pinch off pieces about the size of a small apple, roll with buttered hands about 4 inches long, dip in melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar. Place in pan and bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: I sift the cake mix and flour, as it takes forever to get the lumps out otherwise.
