1/2 lb. sausage (lg. link--and coined
1 c. onions
2 c. apples. peeled
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. brown sugar
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1/4 c. dark rum

Brown sausage, then add ingredients except for 1/4 cup of rum and beans. Cook undisturbed until apples are tender. After apples are tender add rum and beans and cook for 5 more minutes. Top with sour cream. Differently delicious!
