2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples, chopped fine

Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Before making batter cook and cool 1 stick of butter and 2/3 cup brown sugar. Then add 1 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts; put this on top of batter before baking.
