FRESH STRAWBERRY OR PEACH DELITE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. water
1 stick butter

Mix and place in baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Sliced peaches or strawberries
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread over crust. Cover with fresh peaches or strawberries.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 lg. peach Jello

Mix cornstarch with water to thicken; add sugar and Jello. Chill and pour over fruit.
