MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes & liquid
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lg. wheat biscuits, shredded
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef bouillon

Mix all ingredients except bouillon. Place in two loaf pans. Pour 1/2 can bouillon over each loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with leftover or canned gravy. Makes 2.
