10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thaw and drain well)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
16 oz. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beat by hand
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spoon into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes. Serves four.
