2 eggs
1 c. flour, unsifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. apples, chopped

Beat eggs, then add 2 cups chopped apples. Then 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and then add nuts (which can be omitted). Mix all by hand. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
