CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
3 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. crunchy peanut butter
Chocolate Coating
1/2 c. butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal

Thoroughly combine the sugar, butter and peanut butter; add cereal and mix to blend. (Use hands if necessary to combine ingredients.) Form into 1" balls. Prepare Chocolate Coating: Melt in top of double boiler, over hot water, 1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips, 6 ounces milk chocolate and about 3 ounces paraffin; remove from heat. Drop balls, 1 or 2 at a time, into the melted mixture; left out with a fork and set on waxed paper to harden. Yield: 6 dozen.

Don't be concerned about leftover chocolate coating; store it in the refrigerator in a covered container. Melt and use for the next batch. The balls may be frozen.
