NO FUSS BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes (cut into smaller cubes)
1 lg. onion, diced
5 lg. carrots, diced
3 lg. potatoes, diced
Add any leftover vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can water

In a 13 x 9 inch or 15 x 11 inch pan layer the ingredients: beef, onion, carrots, potatoes (extra vegetables), can tomato soup - spread out with a tablespoon, can mushroom soup - spread and swirl with tomato soup. Add 1/2 to 1 can of water, pour over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (at least) or more.

This is a great dish for busy people. One pan and you can pop it in the oven and do other things.
