INDIAN PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/4 c. coarse yellow corn meal
1/2 c. molasses

1 egg
2 oz. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients. Put in baking pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Yield: 8 portions.
