PORK CHOPS WITH WILD RICE 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
6 lean pork chops
Pepper to taste

Mix rice, soup and 1 1/4 cups water in a 2 quart casserole. Add Chinese vegetables. Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Chinese noodles.
