PORK CHOPS AND WILD RICE 
1 c. wild rice
6-8 pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white wine

Place raw rice in bottom of a baking dish. In separate pan, brown chops and season with salt and pepper. Drain fat. Put chops on top of rice. Saute onions and place on chops. Add slices of tomatoes and green pepper. Combine liquids and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
